Shipping and Returns

What's the process and how long does it take?

1. Production (around 1-7 business days): Please note that it can vary, depending on the order load at the fulfilment centre, stock availability, seasonality, and other factors. Please notify us if your order is still in production after 7 business days.
2. Shipping Times: Shipping depends on the destination and type of shipping services. The standard service is up to 5-7 business days in the same country. You can then follow tracking information for your orders.

Exchanges/Refunds

• Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.
• Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider, you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details are incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, Vintage Muscle Classics is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
• We can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such.  
• In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
• Any returned item(s) are inspected immediately upon receipt. Any appropriate exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s).
• With the exception of damaged or defective merchandise, shipping, delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping or pickup fees may apply.
• Most refunds or credits are based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 days following receipt of the return items for any credit or refund to display on your credit card statement.
